MailChimp removed their Shopify integration for all new accounts some time ago, and will be phasing out the integration for all existing accounts on May 12. That means that all Shopify customer data, popups and dynamic products will no longer be automatically connected between the two platforms.
MailChimp has provided some options for their users to ensure that customer and product data remains integrated. The options include: using a third-party app, importing customer data manually and using custom code to activate certain features like pop-up forms and retargeting ads.
